Terrence Mook Hohneck
Chairman
Mook is a staunch advocate for the Ngāti Manuhiri Settlement Trust. Mook was the lead Treaty Negotiator through the Settlement Claims process and took on the role of CEO in 2012, before becoming Chairman in 2018.
Mook has extensive knowledge in matauranga māori, whakapapa and manuhiritanga. He is passionate about extending the cultural footprint of Ngāti Manuhiri and expressing mana motuhake. Mook’s experience in the commercial space ensures that the Trust is a well-run organisation delivering outcomes for our hapū.
In his spare time, Mook is a loving and devoted father of 5 and a doting grandfather of 6, as well as a world-renowned woodchopper and dedicated rugby enthusiast.
Mook is a direct descended of Rahui Te Kiri and Tenetahi Pohuehue, and his tupuna is their eldest son Witaiawa.

Ringi Brown
Trustee
As the longest serving Trustee, Ringi is a loyal and dedicated Kaitiaki of the rohe of Ngāti Manuhiri. Residing full-time in Pākiri Ringi provides support to the whānau in the valley and understands their concerns especially regarding te taiao.
Ringi’s passion for Kaitiakitanga means he has led and been involved with many restoration projects and translocations across the Mahurangi and islands of Te Moananui-ā-Toi.
Ringi’s kind-hearted nature and positive ahua means he is a go-to person within the whānau and wider community for trusted advice and extensive knowledge.
In Ringi’s spare time you may see him riding the highways on his motorcycle or spending time with his children and grandchildren in the Wairarapa.
Ringi is a direct descended of Rahui Te Kiri and Tenetahi Pohuehue and his tupuna is their potiki, Ringi Paraone.

Wyvern Rosieur
Trustee
A skilled practitioner of traditional carving, Wyvern has dedicated many years to expressing cultural history throughout the rohe of Ngāti Manuhiri and has since passed that knowledge on to two of his tamariki and mokopuna to ensure that taonga is not lost.
Language programs, cultural events and resources are crucial components to ensure Ngāti Manuhiri whānau thrive and Wyvern is a stalwart supporter of these initiatives.
Wyvern was one of the original trustees of the MOKO Trust which was the predecessor to the Ngāti Manuhiri Settlement Trust, and has committed most of his life to ensure the mana of his tūpuna was acknowledged and upheld.
Wyvern is a direct descended of Rahui Te Kiri and Tenetahi Pohuehue and his tupuna is their eldest son Witaiawa.
