NOTICE OF NGĀTI MANUHIRI SETTLEMENT TRUST'S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Ngāti Manuhiri Settlement Trust and presentation of the Annual Reports will be held 25 Novemeber 2023.

 

Details are as follows:

 

When: Saturday 25 November 2023

Time: 10:00 am

Where: The Distinction Rotorua Hotel & Conference Centre 390 Fenton Street, Rotorua.

Confirmation of membership status will open from 9:00 am-9:50 am

Annual General Meeting Pre-Registration Form

You must be a registered member of the Ngāti Manuhiri Settlement Trust to attend the AGM. Registrations to attend the AGM can be done in-person on the day or to save time, you can pre-register by completing the form below.

Alternatively, you can also use this form if you are unable to attend the AGM and wish to submit your apologies.  

​

Pre-registrations close 5:00 pm 23 November 2023.

Important Information

Annual General Meeting Attendance

Only current, validated, registered members of the Ngāti Manuhiri Settlement Trust can attend the AGM. Partners and provisional members may potentially attend at the discretion of the Trustees. 

​

YourIwi - Membership Database

We have recently started using a new database and communications system called YourIwi. 

​

YourIwi is an online tool which connects iwi, hapū, and their members in one place. Each member will have an online dashboard where you will be able to view important documentation and importantly, if your address or contact details have changed, you will be anble to update these details easily yourself through YourIwi. 

​

As a registered member of the Ngāti Manuhiri Settlement Trust, you are invited to complete your YourIwi account to access the AGM documentation by typing in the following address: https://youriwi.com.ngati-manuhiri-settlement-trust/invite  

​

You will be asked for your name and membership ID, which was sent to you with your voting packs in August. 

​

If you are having problems logging in, or do not know your membership ID please contact our registration officer providing your full name, DOB, and address by emailing registration@ngatimanuhiri.iwi.nz and we can assist you.

Annual and Financial Reports 

A copy of the 2021/22 and 2022/23 annual reports is available for inspection on the YourIwi website for current, validated, registered members. This is located under the resources > document section.

​

1 x hard copy of the Annual Report will be issued to members that the Annual General Meeting.
